WELCOME

I’m Liam Keith.

As an author of Hybrid Fiction, I craft tales where the mundane and the mythic collide, where characters are placed in tension between the real and the unreal.

Beyond fiction, I’m an independent scholar of dark mythology and folklore—werewolves, vampires, ghosts, eldritch gods, and other creatures that haunt the human imagination. Drawing on a lifelong study of depth psychology, I approach these traditions symbolically, exploring how the Victorian ghost story, medieval witchcraft treatise, or ancient myth reveals the evolving landscape of the human psyche.

More recently, I’ve stepped into the world of content creation, with a growing YouTube channel (www.YouTube.com/liamkeithofficial) featuring mythically charged musings, walk-n-talks out in the solitude of the wilds, deep dives into original lore, narrated chapters from my stories, and much more.

I’m also a longtime composer and producer, creating music across decades and genres—from alt‑rock and heavy metal to ambient and electronica. My current, ongoing project, Mechanical Angel, is longform dark ambient music and gothic piano nocturnes composed for extended focus sessions—or simply escaping.

A native of Georgia, I was born and raised on the southside of Atlanta, lived for a time in both the Midwest and Tennessee, and eventually returned to Appalachia, settling near the North Georgia mountains with my family.
