Book I: Twilight at Primrose
Gothic Horror / Occult / Mystery
Set in Victorian England, John Greycross confronts primordial dark beings known as the Ulmaru, their many malevolent manifestations, and the human conjurors who bargain with them. Armed with an uncanny inherited power—the Archfire—and ancient arcana, he stands between the ordinary world and the shapeshifting horrors that feed on suffering and chaos. Each book follows a case in which an unsuspecting citizen is irreversibly touched by the dark ones, driving them to seek Greycross’s aid. Meanwhile, a clandestine order of cultists works to unravel the seals that bind the most powerful Ulmaru, believing their return will reshape humanity’s fate.

SHORT FICTION

JESSICA
A NOVELLA
It’s Fall of 1998, and all geeky rocker Adam wants is to survive senior year of high school, play video games, and listen to heavy metal with his best friend Sean.
Then Jessica transfers in.
She’s absolutely stunning, with blood-red hair, a gothy mystique, and an old-soul charm that doesn’t quite belong in the halls of Charles Vincent High. Other girls bristle with envy, while the guys all line up to date her.
But when she inexplicably chooses Adam, it feels like a fantasy come true, until he finds himself hurled down a spiral of obsession, paranoia, and rage. Bizarre nightmares begin to haunt his sleep, and his body begins to fail him. The deeper he falls for Jessica, the more his world slips, and the more he realizes there is something not quite right about his lover.
A haunting blend of psychological horror and 90s teenage longing, this is a dark, at times humorous, coming-of-age tale about first love, losing yourself, and the price of desire.
Perfect for fans of Ginger Snaps, The Craft, and The Lost Boys.

Kaspian Tea
A strange, indulgent, fever dream of a short story. Equal parts Alice in Wonderland and acid trip, Kaspian Tea is a stream-of-consciousness piece of prose that is either rife with spiritual symbolism, or potentially complete nonsense—you decide.
